After a comprehensive evaluation of the customer's requirements, SUNRUI MACHINE proposed the Circle Blanking Line solution, which incorporated a Zigzag Servo Feeder and Decoiler Straightener 2 in 1 machine for disc cutting. The Zigzag servo feeder is able to feed materials at a high-speed rate of up to 20m/min with high precision (+-0.15mm), while the Decoiler Straightener 2 in 1 machine has the capacity to handle materials with thicknesses between 0.3mm and 3.2mm. The integration of both machines in the Circle Blanking Line provides a production process with precise feeding and straightening of the material, resulting in high-quality disc cutting.
In addition to the Circle Blanking Line, SUNRUI MACHINE also provided an Automatic Stacking System using a mechanical arm for material handling.
