Compact Straightener Feeder MFL2 Series for 5G Communication Electronics Stamping

More than 300 sets of straightener feeder MFL2 Series have been delivered to the workshop of BYD company. Equipped with SUNRUI compact straightener feeder machine MFL2 series and SEYI mechanical stamping presses.

As you know, the thickness of 5G communication electronic stamping products are thin materials, for thin materials, it requires high precision leveling performance, so it’s very important to choose the right machine.

This compact feed line which is combined the decoiler, straightener and feeder into one unit, not only with small occupation space but also safe and simple operation and high work efficiency. It’s the advance technology equipment equipment for the   automatic metal sheet stamping solutions.

Due to the program system and high qualified straightening structure designed by SUNRUI machine, the compact coil feed line can capable to level the thin materials in high accuracy. It has 11 pcs straightening rollers made by High-carbon chromium bearing steel GCR15 which with surface thickened plating hard chrome abrasive treatment and the hardness can be reach up to HRC60-62.

The leveling roller mechanism and the feeder are placed on the same precision platform to ensure the uniformity of precision in parallel, and to limit the error of leveling and feeding operation to the maximum extent.

The compact decoiler straightener feeder system is operated by a touch screen  panel which the program is provided by programmed PLC system.
