3 sets of SUNRUI NCF servo feeders are delivered to our Slovak customers for progressive stamping.

2 sets of NC servo feeder are suitable for max 300mm width coil sheet with thickness 0.3-3.2mm.

And 1 sets of NC servo feeder is suitable for max 400mm width coil sheet with thickness 0.4-4.5mm.

With mechanical release, Controlled by 7-inch touch screen and YASKAWA servo motor and drive for automatic feeding in progressive stamping line.

The PLC has designed 10 programs of feeding pitches to fit the requirement of different feeding length when punching.
This NC servo roll feeder will be equipped with decoiler straightener and stamping press machine to realize coil feeding.
